Some time分开写，Some是形容词，time是名词，合起来是名词短语，表示“一段时间”（for some period of time）。如：
  （1） It will take some time to do this.
  做这件事要费一点时间。
  （2） His brother was there for some time.
  他的兄弟在那儿有一段时间。
  Sometime是副词，表示“某个时间”（at some uncertain or unstated time）或“曾经”（formerly）。如：
  （1） When shall we visit the science Museum ?
  我们什么时候参观科学展览馆？
  Sometime next week.
  下星期某个时候。
  （2） I saw him sometime last month.
  我曾在上个月见过他。
  Sometimes是副词，表示“有时”（at times; now and then） 。如:
  （1） It is sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
  天气忽冷忽热。
  （2） They usually go there by bus， but some times on foot.
  他们通常乘公共汽车去，有时步行去。
  Ex.用some time, sometime或sometimes 填空：
